Where have all the sellers gone?!
At this morning’s team meeting, we were talking about the lack of listings on the market, especially in Northwest Denver. It seems like we have seen everything that’s out there, and we have buyers that are looking, even in the higher price ranges, but there really isn’t a surplus of inventory. Why is that?
