El Tecuan Real Estate
The 900 hectare (2200 acre) property of El Tecuan was given by a former Mexican president to a chief military general in Mexico for services to his country many years ago. The general had an elaborate plan to build a “Marina Resort”. He built a hotel, swimming pool, tennis court and airplane landing strip but died before he could finish the resort.
